1. Application Flow

Clear a Deep Dungeon mission
Clear NM (Normal), SP (Special), or CM (Champion) on PotD / HoH / EO / PT.

Submit on the Apply page
Sign in with Discord, attach screenshots and a video URL.

Review by staff (1-3 days)
Staff reviews evidence on Discord. Approval / rejection result is sent via Discord DM.

Hall of Fame
Approved clears appear on the Hall of Fame page and the in-progress season post.
2. Mission Types
Normal Mission
Standard clear conditions. Entry-level for newcomers.
Special Mission
Job / item / aetherpool restrictions added. Mid-to-high difficulty.
Champion Mission
Highest tier, only available to players who cleared SP/CM in the previous season for that DD.
3. Application Rules
Rules 2-5 control eligibility. They prevent SP/CM veterans from staying in NM forever and reward season-by-season participation.
Rule 2 SP/CM clear → NM permanently locked on that DD
Once you clear SP or CM on a dungeon (any season including current), you can no longer apply for NM on that same dungeon. The progression is one-way upwards.
Example: You cleared PotD SP in Season 2. Even in Season 4, PotD NM remains unavailable.
Rule 3 Past SPM holder + this season NM clear → SP/CM locked this season
If you have ever cleared SP/CM on any DD, then choose to clear NM on a different DD this season, you are no longer eligible to apply for SP/CM on that DD this season.
Example: You cleared PotD SP in Season 2. In Season 4, you clear HoH NM. → HoH SP/CM in Season 4 are now locked.
A confirmation modal appears when you submit NM in this state, so you won't lose SP/CM eligibility by accident.
Rule 4 Previous season SP/CM clear → 1-season cooldown for SP
If you cleared SP/CM on a DD in the previous season (N-1), you must skip one season before SP can be applied again on that DD. Promotes diversity of participants.
Rule 5 CM requires previous-season SP/CM clear on same DD
CM is the highest tier. Only players who cleared SP or CM on the same DD in the previous season can apply for CM. New seasons cannot start at CM.
4. Common Rejection Reasons
① Insufficient evidence
Screenshots/videos do not show clear timing or completion. Tip: capture the entire screen including HUD and timer.
② Mission constraint violation
For SP/CM: Aetherpool / job / item restriction not honored. Re-check the mission card before clearing.
③ Rule 2/3/4/5 violation
See section 3 above. The form should block these in advance, but if you bypass via direct URL it will be rejected on review.
④ Duplicate / same-slot already taken
Each season has one NM/SP/CM slot per DD on a first-come basis. If another player's clear is approved first, your application is closed.
⑤ Inappropriate content
Notes / username / video link contains inappropriate content. Please re-submit with clean info.
5. Other
Can I cancel my application?
Yes — go to My Page and click the Cancel button on a pending submission. Once it moves to "reviewing" or beyond, contact staff on Discord.
When are seasons rolled over?
When all 4 DDs have CM cleared in current season, or when the season end date is reached. The next season starts after a 1-2 week prep period.
